The project facilitates the development of innovative practices in education in view to student’s transition to work and their transfer from one participating country to another.

The Lesco project aims to :

• identify problems and draw conclusions concerning links between education and working life among young people in Austria, Bulgaria, Belgium andItaly;
• identify problems and draw conclusions concerning career counselling and guiding among young people in Austria, Bulgaria, Belgium and Italy;
• gain a European insight on the problems related to those topics and possible solutions and
• develop a methodology for creating curricula that may be applied in the secondary and tertiary education on a European level

“Good Practice Guide. Methodology: Methods and case studies”- which gives an overview of the education systems and illustrates good practices and polices in career orientation of students in four partnering countries – Bulgaria, Austria, Italy and Belgium
